Christine's artistic journey began with dance, and visual art which were her first creative loves. She sold her first drawing in New Orleans at age six. Jewelry design came later, with a spark of interest arising in middle school while assisting a Jackson Square artist in upcycling costume jewelry onto Mardi Gras masks. Through deconstructing the costume jewelry, she learned how it was formed and then used leftover components to make her first pair of earrings.

During college, Christine was introduced to a bead shop that offered jewelry making classes. The kind shopkeeper gave her a brief wire link demonstration, which sparked her interest in the art of handcrafted jewelry. She practiced the basic wire wrapping technique at home, and soon developed a new love for creating her own unique pieces. This hobby turned into a passion, and Christine started experimenting with different materials and designs to create beautiful, one-of-a-kind jewelry.

Since moving to live in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina, she has delighted in expanding her wire work and wire weaving techniques, while discovering unique, unusual, and rare stones, gemstones and crystals to create with. Each of these stones are special and inspire her process based wire designs. Christine's vision for her jewelry is to inspire individuals to embrace their creative spirit and express themselves through wearable art.
