Shipping Policy

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We are a small shop, and we work hard to make and ship your items as quickly as possible. Your order will ship within 3-5 business days for Ready to Ship products. Made to Order products will ship within two weeks. We use USPS as our shipping carrier, and offer USPS Ground Advantage and Priority Mail Flat Rate shipping options. Shipping options are selected during check out.

During online sales, holidays, or peak sales times, shipping may take a little longer. We will always do our best to keep within the shipping time window! Thank you for your patience!

Please note that your shipping fee includes $100 insurance. If you are interested in having your package insured for a value greater than this, feel free to email Sales@creativespiritjewelry and we will invoice you separately for any extra coverage you request. We can only provide additional insurance for packages that have not been shipped. Once shipped, we are unable to offer additional insurance coverage.

Your Shipping Address: Please review your address during checkout. If your order is lost or returned to us because of an incorrect address, we are unable to refund the cost until the order is back in our possession. Sometimes courier and shipping services can take several weeks to return an item shipped to the wrong address.

Do you offer international shipping ?

No, at this time we only offer shipping within the United States.

LOST PACKAGES

Responsibility of packages is turned over to the carrier service you select at checkout and transfers to the buyer once shipped. We are not responsible for lost, held, delayed, or damaged packages. You will receive a tracking number in your email along with a confirmation of order. If you don't receive your tracking information, please check your spam folder. Also, feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns. Once the package leaves Creative Spirit Jewelry the carrier is responsible for any delivery issues. If you have any shipping issues please contact the carrier to further help you.

What if my package is lost or stolen?

We are not responsible for lost, delayed or stolen merchandise through the shipping process.

Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Creative Spirit Jewelry! ♡

At Creative Spirit Jewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, please notify us within 5 days of receiving your package.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

All custom or made-to-order jewelry is final sale and not eligible for exchange or refund.

Please carefully review your order details before confirming your purchase

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging including any notes or tags.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.


Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver who will find out about your return.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will not be included in your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
